dahi bhaly

ingredients:
gram flour            2tbsp
bakeing soda        pinch
salt                          1/2 tsp
zeera                      pinch
chat masala          1/2tsp
water                       for paste

yogurt                1/2 kg

Method
first make a batter  of gram flour and all dry ingredients  rest for 1/2 hr
then in a bowl take chiiled water
inonother bowl mix yogurt  salt pepper  chaat masala ,
in a pan on medium heat put oil  
and add batter spoon by spoon vith little gaps
the gram flour vill start cooking and bubbles vill form in the batter in pan  ,,,,,these are called bhalla
as the bhalla turns dark brown from both sides stain then for oil to drain and putt the bhallas in the chilled water,for 30 mins.theywill form like sponge.
now press the bhallas to dtain out water,and put tv them i  the yogurt. dress vith salad ,and serve cool ,
