pineapple delight

ingredients:
pineapples: ½ can
  c: ⅛ cup
cream: 1 p.ack chilled
sugar:2 tbsp
pineapple jelly:1 cup crushed after cooked.

method:
make pineapple jelly and cool and crush with foke.
beat cream and sugar till fluffy.
now mis in pineapple. syrup.jelly with spatulla .pour in small bowls add pine apple icecream a scoop and serve chill.

lemon almond cake

ingredients:
lemon zest: ½ tsp
alomnd crushed:3tbsp
yellow colour: pinch
eggs: 3
flour: 1½ cup sifted
baking powder: 1 tsp
sugar: 1 cup caster
water: ¾ cup
oil: ¼ cup .

method:
in processor, beat eggs sugar water oil.
for almost 5 mins on high speed.
now add flour ,baking powder,yellow colour, lemon zest, and beat on low speed till.batter gets smooth.
mix in almonds with spatula, pour the batter into baking pan .bake of 45 mins.on 180°F. preheated oven .

kofta curry.

ingredients for kofta:
mince mutton    ½ kg
onion  chopped   2 big size
green chilli            3 chopped
salt to taste
red chilli powder     ⅛ tsp
egg                            ½ beaten

ingredients for curry:
onion: 2 cut into four pcs
tomatoes: 2 cut into four pcs
oil: ¼ cup
salt: ½ tsp
red pepper powder: ½ tsp
turmeric powder: ½tsp
zeera:⅓ tsp

method:
mix all ingredients in a bowl and make equal size  balls with wet hands .put them in freezer for 1 hr to set.
now take koftas and fry them on low heat .till all sides light brown.
take them out of the pan and set them a side.
in the same pan add oil .1 tsp zeera and fry till light brown
now add the grinded mixture of curry.
on mediym heat till the water of curry eveporate and oil seprates .
inthis stage add koftas ans on bery slow heat add kofta.and ½ cup water .
cook it for 30 mins .the kofta curry is ready .

chewy,fudge,brownies

ingredients:
flour     2 cups
coco powd    4 tbsp
sugar    1 cup
eggs        3
water    ¾ cup
melted dark chocolate    3 tbsp
oil          ¼ cup
 

method:
beat eggs    till fluffy
add suger  and beat till peaks are formed
now add all dry ingredients and beat it .adding water and oil.
beat for 3 mins on medium speed.
pour the batter into baking pan and rest for 2 mins .let batter to set .
now bake it in oven pre heated on temp 180 .for atlest 30 mins
chek if the pin comes out clean
the brownies are done.

Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
Oatmeal.    1 cup
Flour.             2 cups
Egg.               1
Butter 3 tbsp.   Soft
Sugar.  1 cup powdered

Method
mix all ingredients together till it forms dough.  On lightly greased surface.
Leave the dough to rest for 5 mins .
Put 1 tbsp of dough on baking tray and bake for 10 mins on medium stove oven.
Till the cookies are lightly brown.
When tray is out of Stive oven .then let the cookies cool for 30 mins .

Chocolate filled roll

Ingredients:
Yeast.   1 tbsp
Butter.  4 tbsp melted
Sugar.   3 tbsp
Water.   To dissolve yeast
Flour.   2Cups
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Egg.   1
Chocolate  5 tbsp crushed

Method
Method is same like butter buns
Get you dough ready.
Then make small folate rounds with help of rolling pin .
put ½ tsp of crushed chocolate on one side of the round and cover it with ½ of the flat round 
With the rest of the half round make some cuts with knife .
Wrapr the strips of the dough you made with the knife over the sealed dough with chocolate filling .
lat it rest for 30 mins .
Then bake for 10 mins .
The dough will make 10 loafs .

Sweet butter buns

Ingredients:

Butter.         4 tbsp melted
Sugar.         3 tbsp
yeast.           ½ tsp
Water.           To dissolve yeast
Flour.            2 cups
baking powder.  2 tsp
nido.                2 tbsp
Egg.                   1 room temp

Method:
Mix together yeast and sugar in warm water and leave it to raise in the form of bubbles.
Now in a bowl mix flour, baking powder, egg, nido,and yeast mixture ,start kneading until it forms dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place to raise in its size ,to double.
After dough doubles it size knead the dough again for 6 mins and make small balls .
Leave the balls raise again in their size to double.
Now bake them for 15 min on medium heat of stove oven.
They will be light golden and bit crispy .
serve them hot or room temperature.

Strawberry delight

Ingredients:
For base:
Marie biscuits: 3 roll crushed
Butter: 4 tbsp

Filling:
Cream cheese:4 tbsp
Cream: 1 pack
Sugar: 1 cup powdered
gelatin: 3 tbsp dissolved
strawberry jelly: ½ packet

Toping:
½ packet strawberry jelly fully cooked

Method:
Prepare base with marie biscuits and butter in processor, till all mixed up .with help of hands in a spring foam pan, press the mixture to form a base .refrigerate the base for 1 hr.
For filling in a processor beat cream, sugar, cream cheese, Together till fluffy add ½ pack of jelly in it and whisk for some time till all mixed good.
Now pour the mixture in the prepared pan with the biscuit base, refrigerate for at least 4 hours
When the top layer of the cake is set I put the jelly which is already set in a pan, put it on top of the cake and refrigerate again for 1 hrs to set .
Serve it chill



Ras gulla.

Ingredients:
Full cream milk: 1 litre
vinegar              : 2 tbsp
Sugar                 ½ cup
Water                : 2 cup
Elachi               : 2 powdered

Method:
boil milk, add vinegar as it comes to boil will become curd.
Drain all the water .with the help of a soft cloth.
the curd you get in the cloth squeeze till all l the water is drained out.
Take the curd on a neat kitchen shelf and start kneading it with hands.
keep kneading till your hands becomes slightly greasy, leave it for ten minutes
now make small balls .
Now make the sugar syrup: add sugar and water in a large wide pan .put in elachi powder and bring to boil as it boils and sugar dissolves completely, start adding balls in it and cover the pan.cook them for 5 mins the balls with double their size,
take them out ant put them in chillinv water for ten mins .
After you take them out of water you wil see the balls are converted into sponge.
squeeze them, as you release they will be back in their size.
Now put the rasgullas in the sugar syrup and refrigerate for 3 hours .
Rasgullas ready to serve

Oreo delight

Ingredients:
Cream cheese 4 oz
Cream                ½ cup
Coco                   4 tbsp
Sugar                  1 cup powdered
Gelatin                2 tbsp dissolved
Oreo biscuits      ½ cup chopped
dry fruit                for garnish

Method:
Beat cream cheese ,sugar and cream,together till fluffy.
Add coco powder ans chopped Oreo mix for 1 more minute.
Add gelatin and beat on high speed .
Pour the mixture into a spring foam pan and let it set for over night in refrigerator.
Garnish before serving.

10 mins .icing

Ingredients:
Cream.               2 cup
Sugar.                1 cup
Condensed
MilkSweet      ½ can small

METHOD:
Beat all ingredients together in processor in high speed till it forms peaks

Ice your cupcake .

Butter frosting vanilla

Ingredients:

Vanilla melts                1 cup
Butter.                            200gms
Sugar.                             2 cups powdered
Vanilla essence.            1 tsp
Cream.                              4 tbsp

Method:
Melt vanilla melts on boiler
Beat butter,sugar, and vanilla essence on medium speed, till sugar dissolves.
Add cream and cooled vanilla melts .(which were melted in start).
Beat for 5 mins on medium speed.
Butter frosting is ready for your cakes filling .

Chocolate frosting

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate.             1 cup crushed
Butter.                              2 tbsp
Cream.                              2 tbsp
Sugar.                               4 tbsp

Method:
On double boiler with simmering water .put all ingredients together and cook till chocolate melts and the mixture is combined .
Bring it to room temperature and top your cakes or pastries .

Cinnamon carrot cake

This recipe is my creation.Done in no time.. It's easy and delicious

Ingredients:
  • Butter.                    2 cupssoft
  • Eggs.                       2
  • Brown sugar.          3/4 cup
  • Flour.                      2½ cup
  • Baking powder.       3 tsp
  • Carrots.                   1 cup crushed
  • Orange zest.             1 tsp
  • Milk.                        ¼ cup
  • Cinnamon.                1 tsp
Method:
Heat stove, oven on medium heat.
Mix butter and brown sugar in mixer on medium speed
Add eggs one by one, add milk and baking powder
Now add flour and carrot, cinnamon, zest,beat for 5 mins on high speed till the mixture is smooth
Pour mixture into greased 10" pan
Bake for 30 mins .
The cake is ready to eat serve it with tea.

Chocolate fudge cake

4 pounds cake

Ingredients:
Cake

  • Butter.       2 cups soft
  • Sugar.        1½ cup powdered
  • Choc ess.   2 tsp
  • Eggs.            6
  • Flour.            2 cups
  • coco             1 cup
  • Melted Choc.  1 cup
  • Baking powder.  2 tsp
  • Salt.                       Pinch

Ganash:

  • Melted chocolate.   1 cup
  • Butter.                         2 tbsp
  • Cream.                        1tbsp

Frosting:

  • Butter.         200 gems
  • Sugar.          2 cups powder
  • Coco.            1 tbsp
  • Melted chocolate.   1 cup

Method:

Bake cake on stove oven for 30 mins.
Cut into three pieces
Now put Ganash in the layers and refrigerate for 1 hr.
Do frosting and decor it of your choice

Princess doll cake

4 pound cake

IngredientsFor cake

Butter.                      2 cups (soft)
Sugar.                     1 cup(powdered)
Vanilla.                  2 tsp
Milk.                       ½ cup
Eggs.                      8
Flour.                     4 cups(sifted)
Baking powder.     2 tsp
Baking soda.          1 tsp
melted white
Chocolate.             ½ cup


For filling and icing:

 Cream.       2 packets
Gelatin.       2 tbsp
Water.          To dissolve
Icing sugar.    1 packet

Method:
Make the cake batter and pour it in four pound cake pan ,bake for 30 mins.
Prepare icing hang refrigerate for 10 mins.
Assembling
cut the cake in equal 4 layers.
Fill it with filling, in center of each layer and put the cake in greased deep round bowl leave in fridge for two he's to set .
After its out of the bowl ,decor it and serve it cool .

Chocolate fuggy brownies

Ingredients:
makes   8 large brownies


  • Butter.                   ¾ cup
  • Brown sugar.         1 cup
  • melted choc
  • Dark.                          ½ cup
  • Coco powder.            1 cup
  • Flour.                        1 cup
  • Eggs.                         2 room temperature
  • Milk                           ½ cup
  • Baking powder          1 tsp.

METHOD:
beat all ingredients in processor full speed ,till all is dissolved ,and combined together.
Bake it for 30 mins on medium heat stove oven.
Dress it with chocolate dressing .
Serve them hot ....

Brownies with coco

8 large brownies
INGREDIENTS:


  • Butter.           ¾ cup
  • Brown sugar. 1 cup
  • Salt.                  Pinch
  • Egg.                   1
  • Milk.                  4 tbsp
  • Flour.                 1 cup
  • Baking powder. 1 tsp.
  • Walnut.               Crushed 2 tbsp

Method:

Beat butter brown sugar. Essence,together in beater on medium speed. Add all rest ingredients one by one .beat the whole mixture for 3 mins on full speed .

Pour mixture into greased pan and bake for 30 mins on stove oven .
Before cutting Brownies give them time to cool at room temperature.

i have tried it with my unique idea  ....i made oven using simple kitchen utensils ...........its simple good and very comfortable for baking.......
this stove oven everything can be baked ,,,like cakes ,tarts,pizzas,muffins  ........you just name it and its done

Doll cake

2 pound cake


For cake:

Egg         4
Butter      1 cup (softened)
Sugar      3/4 cup (powdered)
Vanilla essence   1 tsp
Flour         1½ cup
Baking powder    1 tsp

For frosting:

Butter       2 cups (softened)
Sugar        1½ cup (powered)
Vanilla       1 tsp
For icing:
Cream     1 packet
Butter       250 grams
Sugar        2 cups (powdered)

Method:

Beat butter and sugar till its creamy. Then slow your your processor, add eggs one at a time.
Mix all dry ingredients and sift them 2 times.
Now add all dry ingredients to the processor half at a time and bring the machine to medium speed .Add the rest of the dry ingredients and beat for 5 mins to full speed.
Grease the round 2 pounds baking pan and pour your mixture
Leave the mixture for two mins to settle  down.
Bake it for 25 mins on medium heat of your stove.
Now prepare frosting.Beat butter and sugar in slow speed, till it forms a cream and sugar is dissolved, add vanilla.. And rest aside.
After frosting come with icing
Mix all in processor and adds color you like.
(I have used pink)
Now cut the cake into three layers and put the frosting on it and assemble cake in a round bowl leave in fridge for 2 hours to set.
After it's out of fridge, take the cake out of the bowl.And put the icing the way you like it.

10 minutes - Salad Salsa



Salsa salad with dressing


INGREDIENTS
SALAD
Capsicum
1 Bowl chopped
Carrot
½ Bowl chopped
Cabbage
½ Bowl chopped
Corn(Can)
½ can
Olive (Can)
Sliced 3 serving spoons
Red beans (boiled)
½ bowl
Mushrooms (can)
½ bowl, sliced
Tomato
½ Bowl chopped
Basil leaves dried
½ tbsp

DRESSING
Soya Sauce
2 tbsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Shakar
½ tbsp.
White Sugar
2 pinches
Salt
1 pinch
Black Pepper
2 pinches
Oregano
1 pinch
Rosemary
1 pinch
                            
METHOD
1.           Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk till it form a thick paste.
2.           Put all salad ingredients in a bowl and mix them
3.           Then place the dressing on top and cool it for 30 minutes.
4.           Ready for serve.
