vanilla cups

Ingredients
egg  1
sugar 1/2 cup powder
flour 1 cup
oil 5 tbsp
vanilla essence few drops
water 1/3 cup

method
separate egg yolk and white 
in mixer whip egg white and powderd sugar till fluffy
then add yolks ans vanilla essence.
add flour water,beat on slow speed ,till its all cooperated and thick in texture.
greese the tray .fill the cups 3/4 ,portion.
bake on pre heated oven at 200 for 20 mins.

pizza cups

ingredients
maid a   1 cup
egg         1/2
yeast      1 tsp
baking powder 1/3 tsp
salt  1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
water to knead soft dough .luke warm
mix all ingredients and leave it to rise.

divide dough into 6 small balls
flat them put in cup cake tray.
fill them with chiken sauce and top with cheese ...bake it 20 mins

chicken cheese buns

ingredients
maida 1 kg
meeta soda 1/2 tsp
nido4 tbsp
yeast 1 tsp
watercold for kneading
salt1/3 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
saesme seeds for dusting on the buns



method
first make dough and let it rise two hrs.
as much u knead dough the buns will b that soft.

apple fried rolls

ingredients
crepes.  4

for apple filling
4 apples peeled thin slices
sugar 1 cup
water 1/2 cup
cinnamon powder pinch

method
in pan put sugar water together till becomes syrup.then put apples and cook till apples are cooked .water is evaporated.

mash the mixture and set or to cool.

fill it in the crepes and make a roll.
in a but of oi fry them ,tull brown ,and add tille suger syrup,
serve then cool .....

ingredients
flour 1 cup
egg 1
salt. 1 tsp
milk 6 tbsp
basil leaves dry  pinch
black peper pinch

filling
chiken  bonless 1 cup shederd
black peper.  pinch
salt 1/3 tsp
chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
say sauce  1 tbsp

white sauce
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
white pepper
say sauce
butter
milk
chicken stock

method for crepes
mix all the ingredients and make a batter.
in a pan put a bit of oil .and a deppd spoon full of batter in the center of the pan .rotate the pan so it covers the whole pan and shape it in a thin pan cake.cook it for 2 mins so gets brown from both sides.and remove it .....cook it on very low heat.

method for chiken .
let chicken and water boil ....after 20 mins stain the stock and reserve it for later use. shedder chicken and put all the ingredients cook for 7'8 mins.after that ,keep it in side .

for white sauce
prepare white sauce as u always do.
but bit thinny in texture .

now take the crepes fill in chicken with chese anf fold then tight ...in a baking pan.arrange your filled crepes and boil them with little bit of chiken stock ...boil then in the same pan in which ull bake them.after boilng for 2 mins.pour the white sauce ,and a chese sice on it ,veggies of your choice ,and bake for 20  mins .serve it hot

a deep spoon full on a non stick pan .a drop of oil o greese the pan .in a low flame ...spead the batter evenly a thin layer in the pan .turn it till light brown.

cinnamon rolls

ingredients:
flour 2 cups
eggs 1
sugar 3 tbsp
powderd milk 2 tbsp
yeast 1 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp

method
mix all dough ingredients and rest in sum with coverd cloth ,to rise for 2 hrs.
when the dough rises ,knead the dpugh for 7 min.
after that with the help of rolling pin .flat the dough in square,int center put the filling of brown sugar(powder of gurr)shakar.add cinnamon powder 1/2tsp all over the gurr,then roll the dough tight.
after rolling ,as the dough forms a big log ,cut the dough into pcs ,each piece should be of 1/2 inch thick.
place them on a greesed tray .and let then rest for 30 mins
bake them for 30 mins as tgey turn light golden ,
place the try out sprinke brown sugarand cinnamon powder,bake 3 more mins .
serve them warm with tea

strawberry cheese cake

ingredients
cream cheese          I pack of (happy cow )
sugar      castor                    1/3 cup. 
cream tetra pack.         1 pack

for base
marie biscuits.          2 half roll
butter                          2 tbsp

for syrup
strawberry.               1/3 cup
sugar.                         4 tbsp
water.                          1/3cup

method
firstly crush the biscuits and add butter.with hands and on a showing foam pan set a base by pressinf the biscuits mixture till its is all leveled.rest it in fridge for 1 hour.
now,with electric beater mix cream cheese and sugar till its bil fluffy,add cream in it and mix it for 3 minutes till all combined...pour the mixture in the pan in which u earlier set the nase of biscuits..level the cream mixture and rest in fridge for over night.
it vill b all set .....now prepare the strawberry mixture ...and pour ion top and set for few minutes ......keep inind the strawberry mixture shud b cooled on roop temp .

chicken bread

ingredientsfor dough
flour 1 cup
salt 1 tsp
b.p 1 tsp

water luke warm to knead
method
mix all ingredients to form a doughand let it rise for  hour.after firenmation knead it again for sometime and make a very soft dough. then divide it to two halves and make two thick chappaties and in between filling make braid of the dough and restfor ten mins .bake it for 25mins on 200 c

almond souffle

ingredients:for custard
egg. yolks            3
sugar.        4 tbsp
milk.      1/2 cup
gelatin.      2 tbsp
method
on low flame in a pan put eggs yolks, sugar, milk,gelatin, milk, together and with continuously whisk, till it comes thick like a custard.cool it on room temperature.
method for suffl'e
cream chilled.           2 packs
powdered sugar.     1/2 cup
almond essence. 2 drops
method
whisk the cream till it gets in foamy texture.add drops of almond essence, sugar and the egg custard(prepared before).whisk on high speed till all comes together in a foamy texture, shift it in a bowl and let it cool for two hours.after it is cooled whisk it again and then cool it for 3_4 hours before serving, at the end garnish with lots of caremal.and crushed almond.
