cream puff

ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 eggs 
½ cup water
⁴ tbsp butter
2 tbsp suger



method
first un a pan on medium heat add water butter sugar.and heat till rhe butter melts and water little simmer .then take of from heat .add flour in the mixture and mix with wooden spoon .then put it back on heat till the flour mixture leaves the sides of the pan .
pour the muxture in the processor let it cool to b on room temperature.
then turn thr processor on the medium speed add egg one at a tym .
firstly it vill b in forms of lumps .then add second egg and turn thr processor on highvfor the 3 mun till the batter is smoth .
then greese the bakinf try and drop the mixture 2 inch apart .and bake on 250 trmp for 10 mins then on 180 temp to 30 mins .the totle time of bakeing is 30-40 mims.
as u see the gloden colour turn the oven off and rest them in oven for ten mins then take them out .
cool them in fridge before filling .other wise cream vill melt .

glazed brownies.

ingredients:
flour¾ cup
coco 4 tbsp
baking powder ½ tsp
suger powderd ¹ cup
butter ½ cup soft
milk 4 tbsp
yougert 2 rbsp organic
egg 2 room temperature


method
first put suger butter in whisker and form a paste.
then add egg one at a tym.
then add all dry ingredients half at tym .
with this start adding milk.

now our the mixture in the baking try .should b greased.bake at 180 temp.for 25-30 mins 
. décor with glase .

brownies moist

ingredients:
it is the same recipe of moist brownies just add ¼ cup oil in it and see the diffrence in the results .

chicken bread

ingredients:
2 cups flour
8 tbsp butter
yeast½ tbsp
water to knead
nido 2 tbsp
baking powder ½ tsp
egg 1
egg for eggwash

meathod:
first put all dry ingredients in the bowl and knead with lukewarm water. then set a side to rise for 1 hr.
then knead again before filling.

Pizza

ingredients:
2 cup maida
1 egg room temperature
½ tsp baking powder
yeast 1 sache
milk ⅓ cup like warm 
oil to cover plastic wrap


method.for dough
poure yeast sachet in lukevwarm milk and wait for 15 min so yeadt bubbles then add all ingredients in maida and form a dough.put little oil on plastic and cover the dough.then put a wet cloth on the plastic and put in warm place for 2 hrs . it villbdouble in size.the knead tje dough again . then put the dough on pizza pan amd top it wid ur topping .and bake 


Choco expresso cake

ingredients
1½ cup maida 
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda 
4 eggs seprated
milk⅓/cup
coco 5 tbsp sifted
oil ½ cup
sugar 1 cup castor
brown sugar½ cup

frosting
cream 1 pack
butter 3 tbsp soft
melted chocolate ½ cup

filling
coco powder 4 tbsp
water ¹ cup
milk ¼ cup 
cooking time 10 mins 

Hamd whusk brownies

Ingredients!
3/4cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 stik butter
1/2 sugar  castor
Egg -1
Baking powder. 1/2tsp
3/4cup milk

Method
Sift all dry ingredients  in a bowl
For 3 times
In a bowl whisk butter whith hand whisk and add sugar and whisk slowly  add milk to dissolve sugar ans whisk .till yhe sugar dissolves
Noe addsftened butter and dry mixture inyo yhe egg mixture and  whisk till the lums are remived and a smoth texture ,mow bpot in ur baking dish and bake for 30 mins on 150 temp .

dahi bhaly

ingredients:
gram flour            2tbsp
bakeing soda        pinch
salt                          1/2 tsp
zeera                      pinch
chat masala          1/2tsp
water                       for paste

yogurt                1/2 kg

Method
first make a batter  of gram flour and all dry ingredients  rest for 1/2 hr
then in a bowl take chiiled water
inonother bowl mix yogurt  salt pepper  chaat masala ,
in a pan on medium heat put oil  
and add batter spoon by spoon vith little gaps
the gram flour vill start cooking and bubbles vill form in the batter in pan  ,,,,,these are called bhalla
as the bhalla turns dark brown from both sides stain then for oil to drain and putt the bhallas in the chilled water,for 30 mins.theywill form like sponge.
now press the bhallas to dtain out water,and put tv them i  the yogurt. dress vith salad ,and serve cool ,
