cream puff

ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 eggs 
½ cup water
⁴ tbsp butter
2 tbsp suger



method
first un a pan on medium heat add water butter sugar.and heat till rhe butter melts and water little simmer .then take of from heat .add flour in the mixture and mix with wooden spoon .then put it back on heat till the flour mixture leaves the sides of the pan .
pour the muxture in the processor let it cool to b on room temperature.
then turn thr processor on the medium speed add egg one at a tym .
firstly it vill b in forms of lumps .then add second egg and turn thr processor on highvfor the 3 mun till the batter is smoth .
then greese the bakinf try and drop the mixture 2 inch apart .and bake on 250 trmp for 10 mins then on 180 temp to 30 mins .the totle time of bakeing is 30-40 mims.
as u see the gloden colour turn the oven off and rest them in oven for ten mins then take them out .
cool them in fridge before filling .other wise cream vill melt .
