ingredients:2 cups flour
8 tbsp butter
yeast½ tbsp
water to knead
nido 2 tbsp
baking powder ½ tsp
egg 1
egg for eggwash
meathod:
first put all dry ingredients in the bowl and knead with lukewarm water. then set a side to rise for 1 hr.
then knead again before filling.
