crepes

ingredient
maida.  1cup
egg 1
salt 1/2 tsp
oregano. pinch
parsaly pinch
water cold for making batter

method
a deep spoon full on a non stick pan .a drop of oil o greese the pan .in a low flame ...spead the batter evenly a thin layer in the pan .turn it till light brown.
yiur crepes are reafy to use...kn desserts or savory
