spinach soup

ingredient;
spinach 
       2 tsp boiled blended
 flour 
1 tbsp
chicken stock 
1 cup
milk 
half cup
butter
1tsp
salt
1/3 tsp
white pepper
1/4tsp


method
first boil and blend the spinach.
secondly,on a flame ,in a pan add butter flour ,saute till flour turn light brown add milk and with hand whisk ,stirring continuously to avoid lumps,now add chiken stalk in it and blended spinach ,stirring vigorously,for 4-5 mins till slightly thick .,pour it in serving dish garnish with crispy spinach......
