coffee cheese cake

ingredient
brwed coffee 2tsp
cream chease ,4 ounces
cream 6 ounces
icing sugar    8 ounces
digestive biscuits 3 packs
butter melted  1/3 cup 

method
in a spring foam base 
put tge mixture of  crushed biscutes and butter,tap it tight on base with help of glass so the biscuits base it tightly set ,freese it for 30ins 
now in a whisk,add cream cheese ,cream sugar,coffee and whisk till incooperated ,and pour tge mixture in the biscuits base freese it for ,,4-5 hours,serve it chill
your coffee cheese cake is ready to be servrd .
