Hamd whusk brownies
Ingredients!
3/4cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 stik butter
1/2 sugar castor
Egg -1
Baking powder. 1/2tsp
3/4cup milk
Method
Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl
For 3 times
In a bowl whisk butter whith hand whisk and add sugar and whisk slowly add milk to dissolve sugar ans whisk .till yhe sugar dissolves
Noe addsftened butter and dry mixture inyo yhe egg mixture and whisk till the lums are remived and a smoth texture ,mow bpot in ur baking dish and bake for 30 mins on 150 temp .

chewy,fudge,brownies
ingredients:
flour 2 cups
coco powd 4 tbsp
sugar 1 cup
eggs 3
water ¾ cup
melted dark chocolate 3 tbsp
oil ¼ cup
method:
beat eggs till fluffy
add suger and beat till peaks are formed
now add all dry ingredients and beat it .adding water and oil.
beat for 3 mins on medium speed.
pour the batter into baking pan and rest for 2 mins .let batter to set .
now bake it in oven pre heated on temp 180 .for atlest 30 mins
chek if the pin comes out clean
the brownies are done.

Chocolate fuggy brownies

- Butter. ¾ cup
- Brown sugar. 1 cup
- melted choc
- Dark. ½ cup
- Coco powder. 1 cup
- Flour. 1 cup
- Eggs. 2 room temperature
- Milk ½ cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
METHOD:
beat all ingredients in processor full speed ,till all is dissolved ,and combined together.
Bake it for 30 mins on medium heat stove oven.
Dress it with chocolate dressing .
Serve them hot ....

- Egg. 1
- Milk. 4 tbsp
- Flour. 1 cup
- Baking powder. 1 tsp.
- Walnut. Crushed 2 tbsp
Method:
Beat butter brown sugar. Essence,together in beater on medium speed. Add all rest ingredients one by one .beat the whole mixture for 3 mins on full speed .
Pour mixture into greased pan and bake for 30 mins on stove oven .
Before cutting Brownies give them time to cool at room temperature.
