Chocolate fudge cake

4 pounds cake

Ingredients:
Cake

  • Butter.       2 cups soft
  • Sugar.        1½ cup powdered
  • Choc ess.   2 tsp
  • Eggs.            6
  • Flour.            2 cups
  • coco             1 cup
  • Melted Choc.  1 cup
  • Baking powder.  2 tsp
  • Salt.                       Pinch

Ganash:

  • Melted chocolate.   1 cup
  • Butter.                         2 tbsp
  • Cream.                        1tbsp

Frosting:

  • Butter.         200 gems
  • Sugar.          2 cups powder
  • Coco.            1 tbsp
  • Melted chocolate.   1 cup

Method:

Bake cake on stove oven for 30 mins.
Cut into three pieces
Now put Ganash in the layers and refrigerate for 1 hr.
Do frosting and decor it of your choice
